What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy industrial-level ML models for ad ranking, bidding, and optimization.
• Take full ownership of the ML lifecycle from ideation and research to production serving.
• Perform systematic feature engineering to transform raw, diverse data into high-quality features.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate business challenges into ML solutions.
• Build robust monitoring, alerting, and automated retraining pipelines to ensure system stability.
• Research new algorithms and state-of-the-art ML techniques to contribute to the team strategy.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 3 years of experience in machine learning engineering or a related occupation.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and TensorFlow.
• Experience in ads predictive model design, offline training, evaluation, and online serving analysis.
• Knowledge of Distributed Systems, Prompt Engineering, and RAG.
