What you will do

• Manage day-to-day transfer pricing processes across Europe, Australia, USA, and Latin America.
• Design and refine technically robust and commercially aligned transfer pricing policies.
• Lead the transition to automate transfer pricing processes, including the deployment of agentic AI tools.
• Coordinate the delivery of annual Master Files, Local Files, and other required filings.
• Support Country-By-Country Reporting (CBCR) and manage engagements with tax authorities during audits.
• Partner with local finance leaders and external tax advisors to provide proactive transfer pricing advice.

Requirements

• 7+ years of transfer pricing experience.
• ACA or CTA qualification, or equivalent.
• Tax training from a Top 10 accountancy firm or substantial in-house experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex workloads and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across a global organization.

Nice to have

• Experience in international tax and business structuring.
• Track record of automating workstreams using Alteryx or agentic AI and workflow tools.
