What you will do

• Own day-to-day payment operations, ensuring smooth and accurate processing of deposits and withdrawals.
• Monitor transactions for suspicious activity, escalating and resolving issues proactively.
• Perform daily reconciliations between cash processing and player account management systems.
• Partner with the Compliance team on AML-related activities and regulatory obligations.
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve payment queries and provide high-touch client support.
• Provide regular reporting on payment performance and identify process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience in payments operations, ideally within online gaming or e-commerce.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in reconciliation and data discrepancy resolution.
• Ability to communicate clearly across teams and explain complex issues simply.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently under pressure.
• Must be flexible to work weekends as part of a structured rota.
• Must be based in or able to commute to London for hybrid office work.
