What you will do

• Lead and mentor a large distributed team of Video Data Contributors and Quality Auditors.
• Oversee a physical hirify.global Lab, managing office-based members using complex multi-camera wearable setups.
• Partner with Recruiting and People Ops to drive high-volume participant acquisition and onboarding.
• Audit footage for usability and continuously improve training guidelines to reduce data failure points.
• Manage tiered compensation structures and ensure accurate monthly payments via Deel.
• Maintain strict data privacy and compliance guidelines for all uploaded footage.

Requirements

• 6+ years in Operations Management, specifically leading distributed or gig workforces.
• Technical proficiency in managing and troubleshooting multi-camera hardware.
• Experience managing global teams and understanding cultural/logistical differences across markets.
• Analytical mindset to pinpoint failures in training or recruitment filters based on data.
• Must be located in Bogota, Colombia to help operationalize the local office.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI Data Labeling or Computer Vision data collection.
• Background in BPO Management or Marketplace Operations (e.g., Uber, DoorDash, TaskRabbit).
• Experience with hardware logistics, including inventorying and shipping.
