What you will do

• Own end-to-end project delivery from scope definition to final release, ensuring quality and budget adherence.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and communicating risks with transparency.
• Drive delivery using Agile principles, including sprint planning, release calendar management, and iterative adaptation.
• Lead engineering teams by removing blockers, running standups, and maintaining high team velocity.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and resource allocation for large-scale initiatives.
• Establish and refine PMO methodologies and agile frameworks to raise organizational operational excellence.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia.
• 7–10+ years of experience in project or program management leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven track record of overseeing the full project lifecycle from inception to transition.
• Deep expertise in Agile methodologies and proficiency with tools like Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Professional-level fluency in English (C1) with impeccable communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (CSM) certifications.
