Claims Manager - Future Markets (Energy)

What you will do

• Analyse project data, documentation, and events to assess claims entitlement and commercial exposure.
• Develop and execute strategies to assert or defend claims across EMEA projects, with a focus on Future Markets.
• Support commercial and legal positioning with customers and suppliers.
• Prepare recommendations and reports on claims and disputes.
• Identify risks, support claim prevention, and improve claims processes.
• Collaborate with Legal, Project Management, Procurement, Finance, and Quality teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in claims, contract, or commercial management within the construction or energy sectors.
• Strong contractual and commercial acumen.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Polish and English are essential.
• Active contribution to the adoption of AI and digital innovation in claims management.
