What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of global money movement infrastructure, from strategy and roadmap planning to partner assessment and delivery.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of Product Managers.
• Drive the construction of new financial rails in new markets and manage cards and e-wallet payouts.
• Leverage AI/ML insights to optimize payment routing, reduce transaction costs, and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with financial partners, engineering, and commercial teams to build scalable, compliant infrastructure.
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert for money movement within the organization.

Requirements

• Experience in Product Management or Engineering, specifically within platform or infrastructure domains.
• 3+ years of formal people management experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of taking products from ideation to delivery at a global scale.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Exceptional English communication skills for articulating strategy to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in hyper-growth startup environments or financial infrastructure.
• Direct experience building payments platforms or working with card schemes at scale.
• Robust understanding of money movement systems, ledgers, and payments orchestration.
