What you will do

• Maintain the master schedule based on sales forecasts and confirmed customer orders.
• Generate and release work orders, specifying quantities, deadlines, and routing.
• Calculate Load vs. Capacity to optimize factory utilization and prevent over-commitment.
• Collaborate with Purchasing to expedite materials and track Work-in-Progress (WIP) to resolve bottlenecks.
• Analyze actual versus estimated production times to improve scheduling accuracy.
• Track key performance metrics including On-Time Delivery (OTD), Schedule Adherence, and Cycle Time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically in planning or scheduling.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP).
• Strong Excel skills, including complex formulas, Pivot Tables, and VBA/Macros for data modeling.
• Understanding of production methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Just-in-Time, or Kanban.
