What you will do

• Define and own the strategic organic roadmap across SEO, AI, and content to achieve business revenue targets.
• Lead a high-performing team of specialists and manage external agencies to deliver maximum strategic value.
• Partner with Product and Tech teams to manage the technical SEO roadmap, including crawlability, Core Web Vitals, and Schema.
• Develop and execute a long-term E-E-A-T roadmap to establish the brand as the primary authority in the gifting industry.
• Implement AI-enhanced workflows and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to ensure brand visibility in conversational search.
• Translate complex organic data from GA4 and Looker Studio into decision-driving insights for the C-suite.

Requirements

• Significant leadership experience leading SEO/Content functions, ideally in high-SKU e-commerce or travel/leisure.
• Deep expertise in technical SEO, site architecture, and a sophisticated understanding of AI/LLM search algorithms.
• Proven ability to own revenue targets and articulate the ROI of organic investment to stakeholders.
• Expert knowledge of Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush/Ahrefs, GA4, and Looker Studio.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Bourne End, UK for hybrid work.
