hirify.global is a Berlin-based startup transforming audits by utilizing AI-powered software and specialized AI agents to automate repetitive tasks.

What you will do

  • Own the full talent lifecycle from job design and scoping to sourcing, interviewing, and closing offers.
  • Build a proactive talent engine to attract high-quality inbound and outbound candidates.
  • Improve hiring quality by implementing scorecards and training interviewers for a consistent candidate experience.
  • Develop the employer brand for Tech and AI talent through content, events, and referral loops.
  • Partner with founders to establish company rituals, onboarding processes, and feedback loops.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition within fast-paced startups, scale-ups, or agencies.
  • Proven track record of hiring top-tier talent in early-stage environments.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and make fast, data-driven decisions.
  • Strong systems thinking approach to process improvement.

Nice to have

  • Experience building employer branding specifically targeted at engineers and AI specialists.
