What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial sourcing to onboarding.
• Identify and attract top global applicants using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Qualify and pre-screen candidates to produce shortlists for Business Developers.
• Conduct interviews via telephone, face-to-face, or Microsoft Teams.
• Negotiate contractual conditions and maintain the candidate database.
• Participate in and support marketing events and conferences to attract new applicants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience in international recruitment and working with diverse cultures.
• Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and modern sourcing tools.
• German language: Native or near-native level (C2) required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Bremen or Darmstadt, Germany.
