What you will do

• Turn strategic GTM bets for specific verticals into complete, end-to-end campaigns.
• Craft personas, narratives, and messaging that resonate with specific industry pain points.
• Build the full marketing motion, including landing pages, ads, webinars, and SDR talk tracks.
• Launch and optimize paid campaigns while owning the allocated budget.
• Create repeatable campaign playbooks to accelerate the launch of new industry verticals.

Requirements

• Experience owning growth marketing initiatives and leading end-to-end campaigns.
• Ability to draft copy, build landing pages, and ship emails independently without relying on design.
• Hands-on experience setting up and optimizing paid advertising channels.
• Strong focus on pipeline metrics (meetings and opportunities) as the primary measure of success.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Warsaw, Poland.
• AI-native approach to research, drafting, and production.

Nice to have

• B2B SaaS demand gen, vertical marketing, or ABM experience.
• Domain experience in CX, AI, automation, banking, insurance, retail, fintech, logistics, or telco.
• Proven track record of building repeatable playbooks and running webinars.
