What you will do

• Lead end-to-end employer branding campaigns to attract top global talent.
• Plan and deliver in-person events across global locations to create memorable candidate experiences.
• Develop core messaging for high-priority hiring streams aligned with recruitment goals.
• Create bold campaigns and engaging content highlighting company culture through dynamic storytelling.
• Innovate by exploring new tools, formats, and technology to improve brand performance.
• Translate audience insights into effective marketing campaigns and content.

Requirements

• English: Fluency required with exceptional communication skills.
• 2+ years of experience in relevant employer branding roles.
• Experience with global event planning and coordination, including willingness to travel.
• Knowledge of employer branding theory and modern best practices.
• Familiarity with creating organic social media content across various channels.
• Location: Must be based in Poland, Portugal, Spain, or UAE (Remote) or Dubai, Krakow, Lisbon, London, or Madrid (Office).
