What you will do

• Drive capital optimization strategies and assess capital treatment for new products.
• Build and enhance capital management and allocation frameworks.
• Manage group capital plans and review subsidiary plans.
• Perform regular capital forecasts and assess ongoing capital adequacy.
• Interpret regulatory requirements related to safeguarding and capital risk.
• Collaborate with product owners to support business decision-making and capital actions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in treasury management focusing on capital within a financial institution or fintech.
• Proven ability to build or enhance complex financial processes.
• Familiarity with Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR).
• Solid understanding of treasury concepts and capital risk.
• Track record of explaining complex analysis to senior management.
• Fluency in English required.

Nice to have

• Accounting knowledge.
• Experience in forecasting and financial modeling.
• CFA, ACCA/ACA, or CertBALM qualification.
