What you will do

• Set standards for capital risk management, including risk appetite and impact assessments.
• Prepare local ICAAP and recovery plans.
• Develop and maintain risk management policies, procedures, and reporting infrastructure.
• Engage and challenge first-line businesses on emerging capital risks and new product assessments.
• Monitor capital risk exposures against limits and escalate breaches to committees.
• Build and enhance financial models for capital planning and forecasting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in capital risk management or management consulting in financial services.
• Expertise in capital risk regulations, ICAAP, and recovery planning.
• Strong understanding of global financial markets and capital risk drivers.
• Proficiency in stress testing methodologies, model development, and governance.
• Ability to work independently and drive change in a complex environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
