What you will do

• Support the design and maintenance of the enterprise risk management framework.
• Lead and define the risk appetite framework, including monitoring KRIs and incidents.
• Support the implementation of risk frameworks across various company branches.
• Produce insightful management information to guide strategic decision-making.
• Strengthen risk awareness and culture throughout the organization.
• Manage regulatory engagement regarding risk function and management practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in enterprise risk management, specifically in governance and policy writing.
• Background in ERM within a bank or financial institution is essential.
• Familiarity with the French regulatory environment (ACPR) and ECB guidelines.
• Strong understanding of credit, financial, operational, and liquidity risks.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to organize and interpret complex data.
• Must be based in France, Ireland, Portugal, or Spain.

Nice to have

• Degree or professional certification in risk management.
• Previous experience in the fintech sector.
• Proficiency in SQL and business intelligence tooling.
