What you will do

• Lead execution of customer data operations including risk and control matching, index building, and data expansion.
• Ensure consistent application of data technical standards and contribute to business rule development for index assets.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics, Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to automate and improve data processing.
• Provide subject matter expertise on operational risk and governance, supporting major customer initiatives.
• Mentor and develop junior team members to build technical and professional capabilities.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London, UK.
• Extensive experience in financial services risk and control roles with deep knowledge of market risks and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong understanding of NFRM processes, internal and external audits, and regulatory scrutiny.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, SQL, MS/Azure Foundry, and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience in a fast-paced RegTech environment.
