Listed Derivatives Operations Analyst/ Associate

What you will do

• Manage clients’ post-trade execution needs, complex transaction requests, queries, and settlement activities.
• Support operational risk management and oversight for futures sales and trading businesses.
• Maintain the integrity of books and records through workflows, systems, and controls from trade capture through settlement.
• Collaborate with technology, Operations, Securities Division, Business, and Client Service teams on change management and downstream impacts.
• Document and implement procedural improvements for firm reference data and operational control infrastructure.
• Improve the operations client experience by engineering solutions and leading change across global operational infrastructure.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience for Analyst level or 3 years for Associate level in listed derivatives, futures and options trade support, trade middle office, or cash processing.
• Knowledge of the futures and options industry and financial markets.
• Experience managing suspense accounts and allocating trades correctly on T+0 where possible.
• Strong client service, relationship-building, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Control-focused, proactive, self-motivated, and achievement-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with vendor platforms such as GMI or Traiana.
