Product Specialist, FX Advisory (AVP/VP)

What you will do

• Provide FX advisory coverage through daily publications, weekly investment meetings, campaigns, and direct engagement with relationship managers and clients.
• Generate FX ideas, identify trading opportunities, and contribute to team revenue targets.
• Identify business transformation opportunities and use data to improve sales engagement, scalability, and targeted advice.
• Conduct training on FX processes and products.
• Support FX product development and management across the front-to-back lifecycle while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.
• Support FX-related change initiatives and provide cross-team advisory and execution coverage for equities, bonds, and derivatives when required.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of FX and derivatives, including complex products.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on customer experience, revenue, productivity, and efficiency improvements.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• English required; additional languages or dialects are an advantage.

Nice to have

• Experience in business transformation and using data for sales engagement.
• CFA qualification or equivalent.
• FMRP, CACS 1 and CACS 2, or RES Papers.
