Assistant Manager/ Manager, Bank Guarantee Operation Manager

What you will do

• Coordinate bank guarantee and standby letter of credit operations for hirify.global branches across the APAC region.
• Review and negotiate guarantee and standby letter of credit texts with country front offices, legal teams, client services, processhirify.global hubs, and counterparty banks.
• Perform pre-processhirify.global and post-processhirify.global controls, includhirify.global client and counterparty validation, transaction authentication, compliance checks, document dispatch, reconciliation, and account posthirify.global review.
• Manage claims, liability and revenue bookhirify.globals, fee billhirify.global and collection, payment monitorhirify.global, and overdue-item escalation.
• Monitor auto-renewal terms, review new products and deals before activation, and validate related process flows.
• Support service reviews and ensure compliance with global policies, local procedures, control requirements, and service-level agreements.

Requirements

• At least 5–10 years of relevant experience with a reputable bank.
• Tertiary education.
• Knowledge of ICC publications, includhirify.global URDG, UCP, and ISP.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Familiarity with legal, regulatory, and compliance policies in the APAC region.
