What you will do

• Provide technical support for radar systems, including troubleshooting, fault isolation, and operational recovery.
• Lead field interventions, acceptance tests, and maintenance campaigns in coordination with internal teams.
• Analyze equipment performance trends and document findings to drive reliability improvements.
• Prepare service reports, failure analyses, and updated maintenance instructions.
• Coordinate with repair centers and supply chains to manage spare parts and technical escalations.
• Support customer training and technical publications to improve operational autonomy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical support, maintenance engineering, or field service for complex electronic systems.
• Knowledge of radar, RF, or defense-related systems and their subsystem interactions.
• Proficiency in using test equipment and interpreting technical documentation.
• Willingness to travel for field interventions, service campaigns, and customer support activities.

Nice to have

• Experience in defense, aerospace, or high-reliability operational environments.
