What you will do

• Manage and expand Altium Designer component libraries, including symbol creation, footprints, and 3D models.
• Support PCB design reviews and perform hands-on bring-up and validation of new board revisions.
• Conduct electrical measurements and functional tests using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power analyzers.
• Assemble and integrate electronics into drone platforms, including precision soldering of micro-components.
• Create structured technical validation and test reports for each hardware iteration.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Hardware, Systems, Firmware, and Procurement teams.

Requirements

• Technician ES (Electronics/Electrical Engineering), HEIG, or equivalent Swiss/European technical college diploma.
• Strong proficiency in Altium Designer and bench diagnostics.
• Expertise in precision soldering (0201, 0402, QFN, BGA).
• 2–3 years of practical experience in UAV, avionics, defense, or aerospace firms.
• Valid Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizenship.
