What you will do

• Design and implement laboratory infrastructure including RF test equipment, networking, and data management systems.
• Manage laboratory operations to ensure safety, security, and regulatory compliance in accordance with best practices.
• Serve as the laboratory system administrator managing computing resources, software tools, and user access.
• Develop and execute test plans for hardware integration, software development, and system performance characterization.
• Coordinate equipment procurement, inventory management, maintenance, and calibration.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate research objectives into practical laboratory architecture and engineering solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in laboratory operations, systems administration, or RF/radar engineering.
• Experience administering Windows and/or Linux systems and engineering computing environments.
• Active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Familiarity with laboratory test equipment, hardware integration, and software configuration management.

Nice to have

• Experience developing web-based tools using SQL, PHP, HTML, CSS, and Apache.
• Experience designing and administering custom databases for test and measurement systems.
• Familiarity with laboratory automation and data acquisition.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, mission-focused R&D environments.
