What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution across all core product areas.
• Drive growth, retention, engagement, and monetization through clear product prioritization and delivery.
• Partner closely with engineering and executive leadership to align vision and execution.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product and design organization.
• Embed AI into product development and internal workflows to accelerate innovation.
• Lead product strategy for geographic expansion and multi-market scaling.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in VP, Head of Product, or CPO roles.
• Proven experience shipping consumer products at scale (millions of users).
• Deep experience in AI-native product thinking and shipping AI-powered features.
• Strong commercial and data fluency, with ownership of growth, retention, and monetization metrics.
• Experience leading and scaling product organizations within distributed teams.
• Must be based in Canada.
