What you will do

• Own the AI-driven growth engine, including marketing automation, lead nurturing, and AI-led customer communication tools.
• Manage the pickup & delivery product suite, focusing on dispatch efficiency, route optimization, and gig economy integrations.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to define the product vision and roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver scalable and intuitive product solutions.
• Track key performance metrics and user data to identify improvement areas and drive product iterations.
• Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and product launches.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, ideally serving small and medium-sized businesses.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for prioritization and decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex operational workflows into clear specifications.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and take full ownership of product areas.
• Demonstrated success in aligning cross-functional stakeholders around a shared roadmap.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in New York, NY.
