hirify.global is building the trust layer for the internet to solve the critical problem of identity verification and deepfake detection in the AI era.

What you will do

  • Work directly with the CEO and CTO to drive product strategy, execution, and operational rhythm.
  • Own the product roadmap, prioritizing high-leverage initiatives that accelerate growth.
  • Engage with enterprise customers to translate their pain points into scalable product features.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO, filling operational gaps and enabling organizational scale.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure alignment, efficiency, and rapid delivery.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Toronto.
  • 3–7+ years of experience in growth or product management roles.
  • Proven track record of building or scaling SaaS products generating millions in revenue.
  • Deep understanding of LLMs, agentic workflows, and prompt engineering.
  • Strong analytical and operational mindset with excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and lead without constant direction.

  • Experience as a founder or building a product/side project with significant scale or revenue.
