What you will do

• Lead and coordinate all Electrical, Instrumentation & Control (EIC) activities for turnkey or consortium partner projects.
• Manage a multidisciplinary engineering team across multiple locations.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal/external stakeholders on EIC topics.
• Drive procurement activities, including supplier selection, technical bid evaluation, and contract scope reviews.
• Oversee engineering documentation, project schedules, budgets, and construction-related deliverables.
• Ensure project compliance with contractual, operational, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in industrial electrical and control systems with solid process knowledge.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary project environments and managing complex system procurement.
• Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis methodologies and engineering problem-solving techniques.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Ability to develop conceptual solutions, guidelines, and technical standards.

Nice to have
