MEP Construction Manager (Pharmaceutical Construction)

What you will do

• Lead MEP delivery activities across pharmaceutical and life science construction projects.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle from concept development and detailed design through execution, commissioning, and handover.
• Develop and coordinate electrical and mechanical building services, including power, HVAC, and cooling systems.
• Support advanced cooling strategies such as liquid cooling, rear-door heat exchangers, and hot/cold aisle containment.
• Manage building automation and monitoring systems, including BMS, DCIM, and SCADA integration.
• Lead commissioning, integrated systems testing, factory and site acceptance testing, load testing, and system validation.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering or a related technical discipline such as mechanical, electrical, building services, or industrial engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in MEP project management or engineering within pharmaceutical or life science construction projects.
• Strong technical expertise in electrical and mechanical building services systems, HVAC, and cooling systems.
• Familiarity with building management and monitoring systems.
• Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder project environments.
• Strong communication, coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
