What you will do

  • Own end-to-end P&L responsibility for the Cloud & AI Platforms Practice Area.
  • Define and execute commercial strategy to drive revenue, margin, and pipeline growth.
  • Engage directly with customers and partners to shape opportunities and influence deal progression.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Practice Leads to ensure high-performance and talent succession.
  • Oversee delivery quality and service integration across cloud, data, and AI solution areas.
  • Maintain senior-level alignment with Microsoft to leverage programs and joint execution.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK.
  • Extensive experience in IT services or consulting in a senior leadership role (e.g., Head of Practice, Service Line Director).
  • Proven track record of P&L responsibility or significant revenue ownership.
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Cloud, Data/AI, or Modern Workplace solutions.
  • Strong ability to drive sales pipeline and oversee delivery quality.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams and developing talent.
