What you will do
- Lead the enterprise applications function, overseeing the strategy and performance of Salesforce, Workday, and other business platforms.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR to align application roadmaps with organizational goals.
- Establish delivery governance, prioritization processes, and operational discipline across the applications landscape.
- Lead and evolve a multidisciplinary team of business analysts, developers, and application specialists.
- Drive technology modernization and the adoption of AI capabilities to improve operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture and security teams to ensure alignment with broader technology standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading enterprise applications, CRM, or business systems within a complex organization.
- Must be based in the United Kingdom.
- Strong Salesforce expertise, including platform governance, delivery, and integrations.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical leaders.
- Experience introducing scalable operational processes and delivery governance in evolving environments.
- Strong people leadership capabilities with a track record of coaching and mentoring multidisciplinary teams.
Nice to have
- Exposure to Workday or other large-scale enterprise business systems.
- Experience leveraging emerging technologies and AI to modernize business workflows.
