What you will do

  • Partner with senior leadership to define strategic priorities, OKRs, and translate them into clear execution plans.
  • Drive end-to-end execution of strategic, cross-functional initiatives by aligning stakeholders and tracking delivery.
  • Support market expansion and growth planning through analysis and business cases for new initiatives.
  • Build frameworks, dashboards, and performance tracking systems to monitor progress and risks.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies to improve overall business operations.
  • Prepare analysis and recommendations to support executive decision-making and planning sessions.

Requirements

  • Strong background in strategy, business operations, or consulting within high-growth environments.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from problem definition to delivery.
  • Strong analytical, structuring, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort working closely with senior leadership and influencing without formal authority.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and turn high-level strategy into concrete execution.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London, UK.
