Salary: £110,000 – £160,000

What you will do

  • Partner with leadership to define, track, and drive company-wide strategic priorities and OKRs.
  • Prepare high-quality briefings and analysis to support C-level decision-making and optimize the CEO's time.
  • Facilitate core leadership forums and off-sites to ensure cross-departmental alignment and execution momentum.
  • Draft polished communication materials for internal teams, the Board, and investors.
  • Lead and execute complex, high-priority projects that lack a natural departmental owner.
  • Identify operational gaps and coordinate solutions to enable company-wide scaling.

Requirements

  • Strong background in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations in high-growth environments.
  • Proven ability to own complex, cross-functional initiatives with significant accountability.
  • Strong critical thinking, structuring, and executive-level communication skills.
  • Experience working closely with senior leadership on sensitive, high-stakes matters.
  • Must be based in or be able to work in London, UK (Hybrid).
  • High level of maturity, discretion, and judgment.
