What you will do

• Drive sales activities to meet short- and long-term growth objectives for Saudi Arabian accounts.
• Develop and implement documented business plans to increase account profitability.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with decision-makers.
• Analyze customer business needs to identify new opportunities for hirify.global's services.
• Collaborate with virtual teams in Solution Design, Bid Management, and Pricing to close complex deals.
• Oversee sales forecasting and support cash collection activities.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of sales experience, preferably in the IT or transport industry.
• Fluent Arabic and English language skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue growth targets.
• Experience managing large, complex deals including financial structuring and negotiations.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
