What you will do

  • Build and manage trusted relationships with naval organisations, shipyards, system integrators, and autonomous vessel manufacturers.
  • Drive direct and indirect sales across the US region aligned with strategic goals.
  • Grow and support a network of distributors, dealers, and strategic partners.
  • Secure tenders and public sector contracts, converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasting and reporting using defined KPIs.
  • Represent the business at relevant industry events and conferences.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in defence/government sales within the maritime sector.
  • Strong track record in solution-based and value-led selling and managing complex strategic accounts.
  • Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluent English required.
  • Established network within the maritime/defence ecosystem.
  • Willingness to travel across the US and occasionally internationally.
