What you will do

• Oversee delivery service quality and act as an advocate for customers.
• Manage relationships and contracts with Delivery Service Providers (DSPs).
• Develop and implement long-term country strategies and annual roadmaps for customer satisfaction.
• Monitor customer satisfaction trends and set operational priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects to drive continuous improvement in delivery experience.
• Scout for market innovations to implement cost-effective delivery solutions.

Requirements

• Graduate degree with sound experience in customer-oriented logistics services.
• Proven ability to manage projects and identify customer requirements.
• High analytical competence and advanced IT skills, specifically MS Excel.
• Profound knowledge of the Last Mile market and logistics.
• Fluent English communication skills (C1).
• Must be based in Madrid, Spain to support hybrid office attendance.
