What you will do

• Maintain and update delivery trackers, checklists, and deal statuses across various projects.
• Perform regular quality checks on datasets and documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Support the Process & Governance and Insights & Knowledge leads with project documentation and SOPs.
• Coordinate small workstreams, track actions, and manage project logs.
• Prepare agenda packs and metrics for key leadership meetings.
• Flag data inconsistencies and follow up with stakeholders to drive resolution.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in operations, business analysis, or project coordination.
• Experience in a B2B tech, fintech, or SaaS environment is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with proficiency in spreadsheets and BI reporting tools.
• Experience managing operational data within CRM or project management systems.
• Excellent communication skills for summarizing progress and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Must be based in the EMEA region.
