What you will do

• Lead the resolution of critical operational incidents, serving as the single point of escalation and coordinating resources via incident bridges.
• Execute Problem Management processes, including conducting Post-Incident Reviews (PIRs) and Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) to prevent recurrence.
• Plan and implement Change Management activities across hosted environments to ensure governance and minimize service disruption.
• Manage relationships with hosting partners and external vendors to ensure service commitments are consistently met.
• Collaborate with global peers to refine operational processes and promote best practices across the organization.
• Contribute to the internal knowledge base and provide training to enhance overall operational excellence.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of operational experience managing mission-critical services.
• ITIL certification or equivalent practical experience in Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Strong analytical, planning, and decision-making skills.
• Effective written and oral communication abilities for multicultural environments.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience collaborating with global teams.
• Must be based in Manila to support the hybrid office model.
