What you will do
- Lead the resolution of critical operational incidents, serving as the single point of escalation and coordinating resources via incident bridges.
- Execute Problem Management processes, including conducting Post-Incident Reviews (PIRs) and Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) to prevent recurrence.
- Plan and implement Change Management activities across hosted environments to ensure governance and minimize service disruption.
- Manage relationships with hosting partners and external vendors to ensure service commitments are consistently met.
- Collaborate with global peers to refine operational processes and promote best practices across the organization.
- Contribute to the internal knowledge base and provide training to enhance overall operational excellence.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years of operational experience managing mission-critical services.
- ITIL certification or equivalent practical experience in Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Strong analytical, planning, and decision-making skills.
- Effective written and oral communication abilities for multicultural environments.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience collaborating with global teams.
- Must be based in Manila to support the hybrid office model.
