What you will do

• Set up, document, and propagate new processes, including Data Governance
• Evaluate and recommend new tools for the data stack to optimize operations
• Build internal reports to monitor data processes and system health
• Provide strategic recommendations for the development of internal tools
• Monitor data trends to identify and implement new high-impact use cases

Requirements

• Experience in leadership and management, translating business needs into data products
• Proficiency in data modelling using the Kimball methodology
• Proven experience developing full-scale data pipelines at terabyte scale
• Expert knowledge of Python, Spark, Azure, dbt, and Databricks
• Fluent in English and Polish
• Must be based in the EU with a valid work permit

Nice to have

• Experience with Unity Catalog
• Knowledge of Data Mesh and self-service analytics concepts
• Interest in applied AI
