What you will do

• Lead analytical efforts across four product teams within the Growth & Activation stream.
• Translate complex business problems and product hypotheses into measurable analytical questions and models.
• Design, instrument, and evaluate A/B tests to assess product changes in terms of activation, retention, and revenue.
• Monitor product performance and behavioral cohorts to proactively identify growth opportunities.
• Build decisioning frameworks and prototype predictive or optimization models using SQL and Python.
• Define success metrics and driver trees, automating dashboards for KPI and experiment visibility.

Requirements

• Must be based in Spain, Cyprus, United Kingdom, Poland, or Estonia.
• Proven track record of managing competing priorities from multiple demanding stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills to structure ambiguity and explain reasoning to cross-functional partners.
• Fluency in SQL and proficiency in prototyping analysis using Python or notebooks.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (mathematics, natural science, etc.).
• Solid conceptual command of statistics and experimentation methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-growth FinTech, gaming, digital advertising, or e-commerce.
• Background in banking, finance, or credit/risk analytics.
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience.
• Hands-on experience with causal inference, event-path analysis, or ML-based clustering.
