What you will do

• Gather and translate business needs into actionable data objectives.
• Identify and interpret patterns, trends, and key business metrics.
• Develop complex, scalable dashboards to visualize data insights.
• Assist in planning, forecasting, and AB testing processes.
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Partner with Data Engineering to define and build reliable data sources.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data, product analytics, or business intelligence.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong expertise in statistical analysis, data modeling, and hypothesis testing.
• University degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Fluent English required for communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in Portugal, Poland, the Czech Republic, Moldova, or Kazakhstan.
