TL;DR

Talent Acquisition & HR Advisor (Fintech): Driving end-to-end recruitment and supporting HR advisory initiatives to elevate hiring maturity and strengthen the employee lifecycle. Focus on optimizing recruitment pipelines through data-driven insights and building foundational HR structures.

Location: Hybrid (1 day per week in Utrecht, Netherlands)

What you will do

  • Manage the full hiring lifecycle for diverse roles across all departments.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job profiles and design effective interview flows.
  • Optimize the recruitment pipeline by leveraging ATS data and tracking key metrics.
  • Act as the primary HR contact for day-to-day employee queries regarding policies and performance.
  • Assist the CHRO with employee relations, case management, and policy advice.
  • Lead and participate in projects to strengthen core HR workflows and foundations.

Requirements

  • Approximately 3 years of experience in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment and exposure to HR administration.
  • Hands-on proficiency with ATS and HR systems, including data extraction.
  • Strong ability to manage stakeholders and hold hiring managers accountable to rubrics.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in an unpredictable environment.
