TL;DR
Recruiting Intern (HR): Supporting end-to-end recruiting operations for the Dutch market with an accent on candidate screening, interview coordination, and ATS management. Location: Hybrid (Netherlands). Must be based in the Netherlands and work from the local office at least three days per week.

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including screening, coordination, and candidate communication.
- Maintain ATS records to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Organize campus and virtual recruiting events, including logistics and outreach.
- Generate recruitment reports and basic analytics on pipeline and time-to-hire.
- Support employer branding initiatives and create recruitment marketing content.
- Collaborate on local HR projects and process improvement efforts.
Requirements
- Master's degree completed or in progress (final-year students or recent graduates).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch.
- Must be based in the Netherlands (Hybrid: 3+ days in office).
- Strong interest in talent acquisition or the consulting industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proactive mindset with a curiosity for AI tools and their practical applications.
Nice to have
- Previous internship or part-time experience in HR, recruiting, or campus engagement.
- Experience with employer branding or event coordination.
- Basic data reporting skills using Excel.
