What you will do

• Support the selection process for new trainees in collaboration with campus recruiters and employer brandhirify.global teams.
• Coordinate day-to-day program operations and provide ongohirify.global support to trainees throughout their journey.
• Organize and execute two-day onboardhirify.global programs and other virtual or in-person events.
• Manage administrative tasks includhirify.global trainhirify.global registrations and system data checks.
• Develop presentations and plannhirify.global materials to support the management team.
• Participate in the Internship Board to organize community events and workshops for other interns.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
• Must be currently enrolled at a Dutch HBO or university.
• Strong plannhirify.global and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate confidently with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive approach and ability to work independently.
• Interest in talent development and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
