Senior Tech Talent Partner

💰 €4,500–6,000 per month

Keen is hiring a Senior Tech Talent Partner to join its embedded recruitment team and work directly with some of Europe’s leading tech scale-ups and enterprises. You’ll become part of a client’s in-house Talent Acquisition team, taking ownership of strategic hiring while partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders.

What you’ll be doing:
— Build and execute strategic recruitment plans for technical hiring
— Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and talent needs
— Own the full recruitment lifecycle and deliver an outstanding candidate experience
— Optimize recruitment processes and hiring policies
— Track recruitment metrics and provide data-driven hiring insights
— Advise on employer branding and talent attraction strategies
— Work as an embedded Talent Partner within one high-growth technology company

What they’re looking for:
— 5+ years of experience in tech recruitment
— Strong knowledge of software engineering and other technical roles
— Proven experience partnering with hiring managers and influencing hiring strategy
— Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean and X-ray search techniques
— Data-driven mindset with experience using market insights to improve hiring performance
— Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
— Passion for employer branding and continuous improvement of recruitment processes

What the company offers:
— Salary of €4,500–6,000 per month
