What you will do

• Identify, pitch, and close new business targets within the Spanish market.
• Build and execute comprehensive territory and account plans tailored to the Spanish advertising landscape.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to grow and retain existing accounts via new campaign strategies.
• Present bespoke solutions, including CTV, DOOH, and Native advertising, to clients.
• Act as a brand ambassador to reinvigorate discussions with lapsed customers.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of digital advertising sales experience with a focus on programmatic ecosystems.
• Native-level Spanish and professional fluency in English.
• Trained in MEDICC or similar sales methodologies.
• Ability to create high-impact pitch decks and communicate technical DSP concepts clearly.
• Experience using CRM tools for pipeline building and opportunity discovery.

Nice to have

• Deep knowledge of CTV (Connected TV) and DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home).
