What you will do

• Determine credit strategies for SME lending products across the EU.
• Develop account-level valuation frameworks and underwriting policies to improve portfolio returns.
• Optimize credit strategies for new originations, existing customer management, and arrears.
• Design, deploy, and analyze champion-challenger tests throughout the credit lifecycle.
• Manage credit limits, risk-based pricing, and retention strategies.
• Ensure compliance and approval from second-line, third-line, and regulatory functions.

Requirements

• Must be based in France.
• Experience managing the risk cycle for SME credit products like unsecured business loans or credit lines.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as engineering, statistics, physics, maths, or economics.
• Solid understanding of credit policy governance frameworks.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, simple manner.
• Forward-thinking mindset with a track record of delivering results.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Working knowledge of SQL, R, or Python.
• Willingness to learn new technologies to help the business scale.
