What you will do

• Lead product planning and design for the white-label app store platform, including end-user storefronts and developer consoles.
• Design configurable product features such as brand theming, operational rules, and role-based permissions.
• Optimize the full app lifecycle from onboarding and submission to search, recommendation, and download conversion.
• Collaborate with engineering to build platform capabilities like multi-tenancy and module reuse.
• Partner with monetization teams to integrate advertising, revenue sharing, and subscription services.
• Analyze market trends in the Android ecosystem and overseas distribution to refine product strategy.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of product management experience in internet, platform, or SaaS products.
• Proven experience designing complex backend systems or platform-type products.
• Strong familiarity with app distribution flows, including review processes, search ranking, and growth conversion.
• Experience with white-label products, multi-tenant architecture, or configurable backend design.
• Strong requirements analysis and abstraction skills to balance customization with scalability.
• Solid English reading and writing proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with major app stores like Google Play, Huawei AppGallery, or Xiaomi App Store.
• Background in Android ecosystem, SDK platforms, or open platform products.
• Experience with advertising platforms, monetization, or growth products.
• Familiarity with products targeting overseas markets or multilingual user bases.
