What you will do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for DEX trading, including swaps, bridges, and limit orders.
• Partner with growth and operations teams to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Identify and prototype new product opportunities using AI-augmented research and competitive scanning.
• Lead end-to-end execution of features from PRDs and prototyping to launch.
• Define and monitor core product KPIs using AI-assisted SQL and data analysis.
• Collaborate with R&D, UI/UX, QA, and marketing teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years in product management, with 2+ years in consumer-facing crypto or DeFi.
• Deep understanding of the DEX stack including AMMs, order books, and cross-chain bridges.
• Strong data fluency with the ability to write SQL/Dune queries independently.
• Power user of modern AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) for research and prototyping.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and verbal).
• Bachelor's degree or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience as a PM at a leading DEX, aggregator, or bridge protocol.
• Demonstrable track record as a heavy DeFi user or contributor.
• Familiarity with intent-based architectures and solver networks.
