What you will do

• Own payment products including ACH, Cards, Wire, SEPA, FAST, and PIX, driving their roadmaps and iterations.
• Define technical integration requirements and collaborate with designers, engineers, and data analysts to implement features.
• Manage product dashboards by tracking key data metrics to monitor performance and success.
• Drive adoption and usage of payment products in collaboration with marketing and risk teams.
• Ensure the availability of effective internal tools for new product launches.
• Align customer support and key stakeholders for feature releases and retail user announcements.

Requirements

• Product management experience in the payments space, specifically in clearing, settlement, and fiat custody.
• Proven experience designing and building payment systems and managing associated risk.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
• Strong technical background, comfortable delving into platform implementation and designing scalable solutions.
• Proficiency in identifying, defining, and tracking KPIs and data metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Past experience working with crypto platforms or payment systems is strongly preferred.
