What you will do

• Lead requirements analysis, product planning, and solution design for core initiatives.
• Independently produce PRDs, flowcharts, and prototypes to ensure clarity for engineering teams.
• Drive product development from 0 to 1 or through continuous iterative improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and data teams to manage development cycles and launches.
• Evaluate technical feasibility, implementation costs, and trade-offs to guide product decisions.
• Monitor product performance and take ownership of user experience and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Must have current right to work in Hong Kong (no visa sponsorship).
• Bachelor's degree or above with experience at a top-tier internet company.
• Strong logical thinking and ability to deconstruct complex business problems.
• Solid technical comprehension to assess feasibility, risks, and trade-offs.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills for cross-team alignment.
• Highly self-driven with a results-oriented mindset in high-uncertainty environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Web3, wallets, DeFi, on-chain data, smart contracts, or AI + Crypto products.
• Background in AI products, trading systems, fintech, or complex B2B systems.
• Experience building products from 0 to 1 or leading large cross-team initiatives.
• Hands-on understanding of technical architecture, APIs, and on-chain interactions.
